    We want to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you, and the delay.

    The parts for the repair, was a special-order item.

    After the arrival of the parts, there was a scheduling conflict with the Subcontractor to go install the parts.

    We are working diligently to correct any problems.

    Again, we are sorry, for any inconvenience this has caused to our client.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Quillen has not fixed light problems,  rain leaks inside house exterior is not acceptable considering the amount of money we paid.  They Worked on roof but still leaking when rains substantially

    4-11-2024  ************ with BBB called and spoke with *** ********************** regarding your home. Mr. ********************** said the bedroom lights have been replaced. He has ordered materials for the exterior repairs.  Mr. ********************** wants you to know he will complete these repairs as quickly as possible.

    The company has done some repairs but has not completed the repair work needed to complete the project.  Window still leaking. Stating they are gonna replace the window

    We have completed the Siding replacement installation. The Client will now have to caulk all of it. We will return to the job site and address the Window.
