      I have experienced purchasing work on my truck in which it had to be taken back for warranty purposes. My truck only had one problem with the motor making a knocking sound. Ever thing else was working fine including my heat and air in my truck. Mr ** kept my truck for over a month waiting on the parts to get in. When I get my truck back the heat is not working so I took it back in. I was told today that I need a Heater Control Value and an Auxiliary Water Pump to get my heat to work. This was no problem until it was taken in for warranty purposes. This also is not the first time this happened to a customer at this automotive repair shop.
