      Order # ****** Purchased a handgun from this dealer online 1/30/2023 and it arrived with multiple issues including sights being off both front and rear and the cerakote was in unacceptable condition. This was sold as new. Called the dealer and had zero response so I emailed them with a scathing concerning my unwillingness to accept this in it's condition. Several emails went back and forth until the dealer sent me an email 2/21/2023 8:48 pm stating (and I quote) :The distributor is working on getting this unit back from you so that we can issue you a full refund: . I did receive a return label and the item was verified received back to them on 2/24/2023 at 11:58 am. I emailed today and was told I was a liar and no one ever told me I would receive any refund. I forwarded the email to show date and time they sent that to me and was told I was mentally unstable and to deal with it. These people are running a bait and switch operation as it appears. They stated they were sending the item back to me, I would never take anything from these people as the experience is very disturbing to say the least. I paid these people ****** and I am requesting an investigation into what's going at this FFL dealer.
