    Yesterday, I used this company for the first time, and I was happy when my call was answered by a human instead of an answering machine. I told ****** about the cooling problem I was having, and he immediately made an appointment for later in the day. His guys got to my home when expected and immediately got to work troubleshooting my cooling system. They checked out the attic unit and the thermostat even though they were already pretty certain the problem was with the outside unit, and it was. I appreciate the time they took to be thorough, and I'm happy to have a functioning air conditioner again. I thought the repair cost was reasonable, and I will definitely call this company again. I highly recommend them!
