    Diamond Tree Service had decided to take down a very large tree on our cul-de-sac at 8am this morning. They completely blocked the only way in and out of our neighborhood. Then when I politely said something about having to get to work, and get my daughter to her event, the men working on cutting down the tree got very rude, smart-mouthed, and disrespectful. They even were rude and disrespectful to my father, who had to come pick up my daughter to get her to her event on time. They informed my dad "your daughter should have left earlier then!" I leave for work at the same time Monday-Friday. There were two other neighbors of mine behind me also trying to get to work. We had absolutely no notice or warning this tree would be taken down at the time most people are leaving for work! And I cannot believe they took down this large tree, by the trunk without taking down the limbs first. How they missed the roof of the house across the street is a miracle. I did call Diamond Tree Service manager after this incident. He was apologetic but that does not fix what happened. Thankfully no one had a true emergency because how could first responders get to any of us?! Work smarter, not harder. And rude and disrespectful employees will bring your business down.
