    It started with a contract on 12 Nov 24. To cut down trees then cut into 2 to 3 feet small pieces i could handle, haul brush, grind stumps and bring in dirt where the branches made hole in the ground. The fee was $3000.00 in which I was to pay half at the start then the other half on 1 Dec 24. However Mr. ******* **** stated on the 23 Nov 24 he needed me to settle up so he could pay the people he had to hire to haul the brush and grind the stumps. With the promise from him he would finish on 23 Nov 24. So I paid him the rest I owed him of $********** of today 2 Dec 24 ******* has not finished the job. One tree still needs to be cut into 2 to 3 foot sections and dirt to fill in the holes. I have called and texted him several times with no return calls or text. I did call him on Sunday morning 1 Dec 24 in which he replied in a text he would call he after church. I did not receive a call nor text.

    12-19-2024 The owner, **** ****, called BBB to say he did complete the job he was contracted to do. He cut 3 or 4 trees and hauled them away. The consumer only wanted to pay for one debris haul-away load. The tree log that Ms. ******** is complaining about didn't fit on the one haul-away load so it was left. Mr. **** said he did tell Ms. ******** he would try to get back there to cut and haul away as a goodwill gesture. He simply hasn't had time and is no longer willing to go back and do this work for free. Mr. **** said Ms. ******** signed off on the work being completed.

    This job is not complete.  Mr. **** said he would cut up the trees into 2 to 3 feet  small section that I could handle.  He also stated he would bring dirt to fill the holes caused by fallen branches which he had told me he would not let happen.  He was to also put my trailers back where he got them and did not. All I want at this point is for him to come out here in a timely manner and cut the cut the trees up in small enough sections I can handle and fill in the holes.  I added more pics.  NOTE:  I am 64 and cannot move have of what he left.
