    I paid this establishment on October 27 to make me a shirt along with several other people. Whole football teams. And they have yet to produce product or give sufficient updates. The owner, ******* *****, refuses to give me my product or money back.

    The consumer was informed that we were having equipment issues. After giving her an ESTIMATED date we were still having issues with the company fixing our equipment. She called me several times in 1 day being very aggressive, and demanding her money or the product. I told her the product was finished and she would be receiving her product along with her child's FREE product that we donated to the football team. She received her product the day after making this report as she was told she would. I told her I didn't want to give her another date and the company still not have our equipment fixed, as I feel any company would after having the issues we were having. She is the only one out of the whole group who has complained because everyone understood the issues.
