  I have been shopping their live ******** sales and in store for years and have spent thousands of dollars there. They have done me wrong in the past by taking items I had already purchased and before I picked them up they would let one of their friends have the item an just refund me my money which is totally messed up for a buisness to do that!!! Then on 11-2-23 I bought what was suppose to be 2 sets of napkin ring holders I was in **nstant **mmunication to the owner to make sure I was getting both sets because one set wasnt enough. She told me it was done and my name was on them, the next day I called the store because one set had been removed from my cart, I spoke with someone named ********* who was extremely rude an told me there was nothing she **uld do about it an I said this was yalls fault for giving a set to someone else they were suppose to be mine but she was still rude an no help. So then I **ntacted the owner again about it her name is ************************, an she said she looked at all the time stamps an that yes it was their fault but her employee I spoke to had told her a bunch of lies that I had said over the phone so she said she was going to refund the other lady an let me get both sets cause thats the right thing to do since it was their fault but then told me she re**nsidered an didnt!! I said so you re**nsidered on doing the right thing an stuck with the mistake that had been made so I told her I wanted a refund for the one set in which she hasnt given me. I have also requested my ** sign me t items as well as a check for my items that have already sold an informed her I wont be shopping there anymore if this is how she does buisness.
