    It has been more than 3 years since I have tried to work with WPMU DEV. For the last 3 years I have tried repeatedly to cancel any relationship with that firm. Year after year they continue to make different charges on my credit card and each year I send them emails to cancel that service. They tell me bank that I have not responded to them, or they tell the back that they can't find my account. But they surely have put that $300 + ************ not trust this business!!!!!!!!!

    I had high hopes when I first signed up with WPMUDEV hosting, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from smooth. The biggest issue I encountered was the incredibly slow domain transfer process. What normally takes 24 hours with other providers took a ridiculous 10 days with WPMUDEV! This kind of delay is simply unacceptable in todays fast-paced digital world, especially when a timely domain transfer is crucial for business operations.To make matters worse, the support options were extremely limited. I struggled to get clear, timely answers to my questions, and it often felt like I was left to figure things out on my own. For a company that claims to be a premium service, the support fell far short of what I expected.Overall, WPMUDEV hosting has been a frustrating experience. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone who values responsive support or efficient processes.
