The Birmingham vending machine company has a plus limiting in Urban Air at the Trussville location. Children looking to have a good time on knowingly used a fraudulent machine which did not clasp the toys had metal hands which clearly did not work. A manager was called and he was apologetic but could not help to troubleshoot the machine. The parent and another lady who saw the children upset bought cards which cost her $30 trying to get the toys out from the machine. I called the company on Monday December 4th through the 8th but received the lies from ****** and office person who told me text will come out on Tuesday - Friday but to no avail. Will this company keep defrauding the public? This is a travesty for all, especially when someone takes advantage of anyone especially children. I feel that a refund is necessary for the parents who were deceived by the machine or claim the $30 worth of cards that was withheld inside the machine. How long will these companies allow this to continue this form of practice of defrauding children. I personally, don't let my children play these machines. If I would have known this was happening I would have not recommended them to play these machines. I would have stopped them from playing the skill crane machine. I was in the background watching this unfold and I could not stand for it. I contacted the company and was told by ****** that she didn't have a boss. She was the contact person after I had given the name ****** then she said he referred me to ***** the vice president of the company, so I a voicemail for him on Dec 8, 2023 about the situation.

The person making this complaint was not our customer.  She did not purchase anything from our company and was unable to provide game machine card numbers which would have enabled us to provide a refund if necessary.  Customer states that she observed people playing our machines and not winning.  We sent a technician to the location and the machine was working properly.  We attempted to accommodate the individual but she was not reasonable.   Thank you.
