    IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD.... This place is absolutely awful. I have an issue with them. After an hour of trying to take my exam and multiple ID checks, rooms scans, pictures and all the other nonsence you have to go through to take the test, THEIR system stops working in the middle of my exam. they are unable to fix it so i have to shut my computer down and log back in and go through the process all over again! By the time I am able to get back to my exam i have lost and hour of my allotted time and they are unable to add it back. So i failed the exam and after jumping through hoops and bounds to get the situation corrected and a reattempt on my exam, Meazure Learning, ( Procter U) wants to charge me and additional testing fee!The customer services is poor, these people do not care, and this business should be shut down!
