RightThere Corporation (RTC) is a public safety organization that advocates for the support of law enforcement in their duties to protect communities. In a quest for transparency, equality, and the ability for everyone to return home safely, RTC partnered with software developers to develop a web portal application to provide a solution that will protect community members who find themselves in potentially dangerous situations, such as domestic violence, abductions, and certain police interactions. This extensive development project included an interactive app that was created using MVP development and POC. It was further developed with GPS, AI, machine learning, IoT, and facial recognition. Today, this live web application provides empowering tools for members of the community that assist them in navigating dangerous encounters.
