    My complaint is regarding the oat tree that ********************* gave 3 quotes. ******* for $400.00 to remove the 3 bottom limbs and trim some limbs above. Level 2 for more trim above them. Level 3 for $700.00 to trim even more about the bottom three limbs.After listening to ****** , I choose the level 3 for $700.00 that would remove 3 low limbs and trim above.On January 4, ****** and crew came and took off one of the three bottom limbs, the tree climber said it would look odd to take off the other 2 limbs. ******* used a hand saw to do some trimming of limbs above the three limbs. When I went to pay, ****** was gone and I asked how to pay, ******* said that I could pay him. Well the only quote I had was for $700.00 and that is what I paid. But I called ****** and told him that I thought that I was over paying. ****** said that he would come and make an adjustment and both some upper limbs that were "strapped" Since then I have been unable to make contact with ********************* because he will not answer my calls nor come back as he said he would.

    2-15-2023  ************ with BBB called and spoke with **********************  ************ said the limb and branch trimming that was done did cost the $700.00 that was paid. ************ said ************** approved the new work that was going to be done for the $700.00 ************ did tell ************** that he would come back (when in the area) and cable two limbs. The cabling is not urgent and will be done by March 1, 2023.
