    We purchased a phone system from ******************* over 1 year ago. Within that first first year we had several problems including phone lines being silent, calls not going through, and voicemails not working correctly. We have contacted **** countless times (we can provide emails) via email and phone call with absolutely no response. Even after sending emails with a 'read receipt' showing that he received and read the email, we receive no response. We need our phones to work correctly. For a time he tried to resolve the issue in conjunction with GCI but for at least 4 months he has had zero contact with us. His original email attached states that his phone systems carry a 1 year warranty and all of these problems were presented to him before the 1 year ***** If he does not want to fix the phones, then I would at least like my money back because I will have to buy a new phone system to replace this one.

    I have troubleshoot the problem several times and even change out equipment. I have asked that GCI change their equipment since they are the ones that provide the dial tone and service into the building.  They had problems with the other equipment provider and GCI was still the only common with their phone problems.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    We have contacted you countless times just to try to find some advice on next steps, but you have given zero response.  All I ask is that if we email you or call you with a question or concern - MAKE AN EFFORT TO RESPOND!  You can't fix a problem by ignoring it.  We do not know what equipment GCI needs to replace - you need to tell them what is wrong and what needs to be fixed.  This is your area of expertise, not ours. 

    Our office manager has also emailed you about making changes to our voicemail system which you completely ignored.  We now have a poorly functioning phone system that we cannot fix because the person who set it up now refuses to follow-** in any way.  Just communicate with us!  The word is in the name of your business.
