    I am incredibly impressed with the work done by Dan Misek Carpentry on my 1845 limestone farm house with barnboard summer kitchen. He handled an extensive list of tasks independently with exceptional attention to detail.The renovation started with *** handling the controlled demolation of a water damaged peak roof and rebuilding it as a slanted roof. *** also took care of the demolition of lathe and plaster walls, tongue and groove ceiling, and damaged sections of flooring. He completed all the interior framing, insulation, drywall, flooring, kitchen cabinets, countertops, and major appliance installations. He installed all new plumbing, including the toilet, tub with shower surround, and sinks. In addition to the structural work, he meticulously restored and installed the original trim, and arched ceiling preserving the historic charm of the home. He also completed the exterior work, including new siding, foundation repairs, landscaping, and replacing the main roof with steel. *** handled the coordinated of the necessary subcontractors, including electrical and HVAC, ensuring everything was completed as requested and came together *********** meet an expedited deadline, *** worked evenings and weekends, always maintaining high-quality work. I am beyond pleased with the results and highly recommend Dan Misek Carpentry for any project.
