    I rent a storage unit on a monthly from Aug 31/22 paying the fee every 19th of each month. Without any notification Access storage started charging renters every 28 days in which renters pay two payments in on month which is outrageous. come aug renters must pay two payments Aug1/2023 and aug 29/2023 This is not right this company is scamming the people who rent this unit. This is a scam what can be done to stop this injustice!

    Thank you for bringing Mr. ******** complaint to our attention. We take customer feedback seriously and appreciate the opportunity to address this matter.


    On August 31, 2022, Mr. ****** signed a user agreement for space ***, a 5x10 storage unit located at 5505 Rhodes Drive in Windsor, Ontario. The user agreement clearly states that rent is due every 4 weeks, as agreed upon by the client. We have attached the client's ledger, which indicates the paid-through dates and demonstrates that the charges are in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule.


    Access Storage denies Mr. ******** claim, as our billing system does not generate duplicate charges for clients. The charges reflected in the client ledger are not duplicates, and we are billing the client based on the agreed-upon schedule.
    We understand Mr. ******** concerns regarding the payment frequency change. However, the billing cycle was clearly outlined in the user agreement, which Mr. ****** agreed to upon signing. It is important to note that the billing cycle aligns with our standard practices and ensures consistent billing for all our clients.
    We value our customers' satisfaction and strive to provide transparent and fair services. If Mr. ****** has any further questions or concerns, we encourage him to contact us directly. We are committed to resolving this matter amicably.
