I had canceled my internet from **** due to finding a cheaper company because my payment was directly taken out of my bank account it was too close to the payment due date to stop payment so therefore a payment would have come out by **** and I would have been reimburse. I was expecting a reimbursement and had not heard anything back for over a month nor had I gotten anything so I had called MNSI to see where my reimbursement was at the person stated because I had not called on a specific date to confirm that the payment was received by them in which they would see in their system anyways that it was paid they did not issue what belonged to me in the first place when I contacted them about this the person I spoke to had stated that he was sending out the check that day. I had not received anything within a week. I again contacted **** and was told by a different person that I was not told this by the previous person I spoke to she said the person I spoke to previous had said that he was sending it to some department to have it issued and therefore it can take up to 30 days. I was never told this and feel that this money does not belong to them and should be either reversed back to my bank account or a check written immediately not within 30 days. I feel that I was misled number one and also this company feels that if a client does not call back within a certain timeframe after cancellation that they feel they should keep money that does not belong to them in the first place, but in fact belongs to their previous client, and therefore should automatically be reimbursed. Although it is not a large sum of money, it is money that could be used to pay other bills. I should not have to wait 30days for what is owed to me when they want their money on time when a bill is due.

    Hello,

The service the customer is currently using has been de-standardized, and we no longer activate new customers on it as of May of 2019.  Our underlying carrier, Bell Canada, refuses to maintain the legacy copper based telephone network which this service is provided on.  We have no other options available to service the customer at her current address.  She is getting the same speeds she did when she signed up. The customer is not under any contract, and is free to switch to another service provider at any time, and after reviewing the notes, appears is exactly what she did as of 3 days ago.

    Regards

MNSI was installing lines in my neighborhood October 11/22. They asked my dog sitter if she could open the gate. She told them that she couldn't because it wasn't her house. The woman told her that it was okay because she would find a way. Later that afternoon my sitter went to go let the dog out and noticed that the gate was open. Luckily my pup didn't run out. She also noticed that the gate latch and lock were broken and on the ground. When I got home I checked and the latch with the lock was broken right off and the gate door now drags on the ground. I called MNSI and made a complaint. They said that a manager would call me the next day. I didn't get a call. I called back on Thursday October 15 to follow up. I spoke to a woman who said that the manager had received the complaint and I should hear something soon. I called back on Wednesday October 19th to follow up again. I was told the same thing and have yet to receive a call from anyone regarding my complaint.
