    I have been Dennis F***** client for two or three years. He is an excellent diagnostician, very professional and knowledgeable. He responds to inquiries promptly and efficiently. He is very effective with remote consulting. Rates are reasonable and fair. Payment is easy. He has always solved the problems I was having with my computer. His suggestions for improving the performance of my computer are spot on. He is highly ethical. I recommend Dennis without reservation.

    I was pulled into a scam with a ****** Virus rep stating I was being charged the renewal amount. I called to cancel and someone with an accent from India stated are you on your computer I was and he said type this in which seems to have allowed him into my laptop, next I know he says tried to reverse your cancellation fee but placed an extra digit to 699988 you are now going to need to transfer the overage of the refund back to us. meanwhile they had transferred out of my own account to checking. They provided wiring instructions. I called my bank and the red flag went right up and bank stopped and fixed problem on their end. I knew my next call would be to Dennis F***. Having used him before with educated ways to correct the problem I felt this time the company was trying to Lock my computer the people I talked to had an Indian accent and pretended to be ****** Antivirus; they tricked me into logging into my bank and tried to steal $64,000 from me; they also installed "lock my pc" to lock me out of the machine and also installed 5 remote access connections to monitor my activity. Dennis helped to remote access removed, lock my pc removed all warning malware ran scans and made my computer safe, He has always been available and quick to solve your problem. If this helps just one other person Never let anyone access to your computer unless it is Dennis!!

    Absolutely worth every penny. I could not find anywhere else to get the true help I needed to get rid of this scammer who was blackmailing me. I followed Dennis’ plan to the T step by step and helped me get rid of and get my piece of mind back. If you need help with an online scammer HIGHLY recommend. Follow his steps and you can’t go wrong.

    Hired Dennis after making the mistake of engaging with a purported female on line . Was extorted and threatened to pay a lot of money to stop publication of the interaction. Dennis’s information was invaluable in preventing/ stopping the scammers from doing further damage. His info packets material was “spot on” on what they would attempt to do . Very helpful moving forward. Well worth the cost.

    I can't say enough good about Dennis after my "remote" experience with him. Besides being impressed with his technical skills and speed at determining my computer issue he made me feel like I was a member of the family, or at least an old friend. We discussed our ongoing family events and experiences as he simultaneously flew around my computer working diligently. Amazing! I'm sure you won't be disappointed when dealing with Dennis Faas!

    Thank you Dennis for spending the time to correct my issue with corrupt Windows 10 system files. The process /sfc was failing and Windows updates have not been running on my machine for over a year. As time went on other things started failing due to not getting Windows Updates. We had an initial email and phone discussion about the problem and he quoted me a flat rate prices for the work he required. This quote was quite reasonable and I was ready to get my computer back. Dennis connected to my machine, backed up my data and started the process of repairing/upgrading windows. During this process he discovered that my primary hard drive had bad sectors and could not be repaired. As it was right at Christmas, it took me 2 days to get a replacement drive and install it. Dennis was patient with me and we worked around our respective family events over the Christmas holiday. Once installed, he was able to restore Win10 and remove all the corruption. He then updated my system to Win11 and worked to relink all my data. Once I reinstalled my local apps I was back in business. Thank you thank you thank you Dennis. Working through the Christmas holidays to get this completed was certainly at the top of my Christmas wish list.

    I can’t thank Dennis enough for his help. I was a victim of sextortion/blackmail on Snapchat. I was very glad to have found him through one of his online articles. After submitting my request for help I was contacted in less than an hour through email to setup a phone call. In his calm, professional demeanor, he walked me through exactly what was going on and the steps I needed to take. It was very evident he has helped resolve a lot of these cases successfully. He gained my trust after spending an hour on the phone with me while I was very stressed and overwhelmed. And he was easily accessible by phone and email the days after. He saved me literally thousands of dollars by not falling victim to another company online that goes by many different names that claims to help with these cases (this company will spam you with calls and emails and will try to get you to pay several thousand dollars in one of their programs…beware). He charges a very reasonable rate for his services compared to the other guys. Dennis gave me all the action steps I needed to take and I followed through with them and did as much as I could to report the incident. Dennis was a hero in my situation and he’s fulfilling a need of helping people who’ve fallen victim to the rampant cyber scammers of today. Thank you Dennis!
