    I called a number which was supposed to be ** tech support. I got "Hello Nerds" instead, which represented itself as being with ** tech support. Hello Nerds assisted me with the problem for $149 and said that would also cover a year of computer maintenance and security. One month later they called saying they wanted to update the security on my computer. I gave them remote access. The technician said they could not update it and therefore couldn't provide the maintenance and security service any longer. I said this was irregular and a misrepresentation of what I had initially agreed to. The technician said he would refund my initial fee. He wanted my bank information in order to refund the money. I refused to give it to him. He then disconnected.
