    I used BigRoads for a trial and needed the data from May "23" so I could complete a safety audit for my trucking company. Before I used the trail, I contacted their customer service and they assured me that my data will be stored and once I switch over to a full paid subscription, my trial data can be downloaded and sent to me via e-mail. When I switched over to the full paid subscription, not only did they not provide that May "23" data, they also claimed they did not have any data at all for May "23" which was not true. I downloaded what I could from their app, called them and asked for assistance for more data that was supposed to be no problem with obtaining. I got an email from the tech department saying they have no record of my as a driver. I assured them that I was the driver and administrator; also I have downloaded what the application allowed which was 12 out of the 31 days that was needed. No help. I then asked for a refund for ********** ** and they replied that it was not their fault and no refund would be given. I feel like I was ****** for $190 ******* * ***. I have the emails, however it has personal information on them so if they are needed, I can redact them to the best of my ability.
