    September 29th 2022 was the date of purchase for a refurbished computer i paid $500 for and is now having major hardware issues, the owner Deb didn't give me any sort of receipt upon purchase. I paid in cash and she is now refusing to fix the issue and or refund the money that I spent purchasing it. I have asked for a refund as the problem hasn't been fixed accordingly. The owner Deb didn't give me a receipt and is not a registered business under the BBB as I could not find the businness in the search. I also was told it was ready and upon arriving back home, the issue wasn't resolved.

    I replaced the original computer. I have not heard from him since.

    His issue was due to a ********* update. I cannot control what issues ******** updates cause. When the 2nd computer just as the 1st computer left my store they were working just fine. I notice he says major hardware issues but does not elaborate.  

    The issue the update caused was the mouse pad sometimes stalled. I suggest he speak with **** over the matter as they will release a fix for the issue.

    If you require  anything g else don't hesitate to call me ###-###-####. I have been in business 18 years and have never had an issue
