  I brought my f150 in to Jason M.on June.4.2023 . He kept my vehicle for 2 days to do an all over cleaning . When I came to pick up my vehicle june 6. 2023, he msg me before hand asking for extra 50$ , so it was 300$ in total and asked for cash. So I show up my trucks parked outside and it’s filthy. He’s not even there he gets there and says let me rinse this off quickly, brings it inside and sprays it , then sees dirt inside and dose a 2 min vacuum. I hand him the money and start looking at my vehicle he was only supposed to buff my doors, I specifically told him I had decals on my vehicle, do not touch these or go near them with the buffer , and to get all the scratches off on the doors.. I look at my door and there’s a 5 inch scratche he missed, he says , I didn’t see that. There’s white buff cream stuck in my decals which is now ruining them, a mark on the back of my truck with spilled working supplies he stated was a stain he couldn’t get out I used ********* and water it came right off . I asked him to clean the inside of the tailgate and my engine, they weren’t done. All the hair from the floor was blown on the roof, all the back windows weren’t touched, he sprayed something on my windshield that left it greasy and water stain marks, the back of m seats weren’t wiped, middle and front console was empty, yet not cleaned . He left and I left .. I msg him the next day asking to fix this, with pictures and details on everything.. he said my vehicle was a write off, he had 3 guys doing it , it took less then 6 hours , yet had it 2 days. And that he made no money off me. And told me to go elsewhere from now on .. I msg again stating I’ll give u a week to reply he didn’t. July 1st I wrote a review. He msg us saying * **** ****** **** , has abunch of fake ** accounts and is now writing fake reviews on business and basically admitting to the police he did it and won’t take it down till we take our review down. He ******* us out of money & is going after us now.
