    Job started on June 1st and was to take 4 weeks per the contractors agreement. Took payment of $5030 of the $6000 agreed upon and only finished the floor tiling portion and bailed on me when time to finish the shower areas. Had me pick up all the material for the work and then continued to show up on his own schedule and further delay me while still asking to be paid more. Paid him 85% of the total and yet he finished only 25% of the job. He laid down broken tile and uneven flooring that will now need to be replaced and repaired which may entail requiring more tile to finish that he should be liable to replace. Did the jog without the necessary tools and all cuts were not done properly or straight. Had to also extend my build insurance as a result of his delays and also could not close by the date I was supposed to, a date that was shared with this business which is why he guaranteed me to be done by the end of June. On top of the $5030 that should be refunded to me, this business should be liable to compensate me for all repairs that now need to be completed as a result of his poor work and should also compensate me financially for the damages caused from the delays caused by him
