    I recently placed an online order for a smoke bomb but was unable to pick it up and decided to cancel the order. When I called the location, the manager refused to issue a full refund, citing a processing fee. According to their online refund policy, a processing fee is only applicable if an item has left their facility and then returned, which was not the case for me as I never came into contact with the item. The processing fee is discretionary and can be waived by the manager. * **** **** *** ********* ******* **** ********** *** **** they were determined to retain as much of my money as possible, ***** * ***** ** ** ********** I informed the manager that I would have to issue a chargeback with my credit card company and would prefer a direct refund instead. They refused, and I was able to obtain my full refund through my credit card company. I do not recommend purchasing from this business. *** *** ****** *** ******** **** ****** ********
