    How it postponed the last 2 years (2023 & 2024) and how now they are not even offering a run in 2025? They won't give any refunds either ** **** *** **** ******** **** * ***** ** ******* And when I tried to comment and ask questions on their ******** pages they were quick to block me.

    They sell tickets then cancel events with no refund. Say it’s industry standard to carry the tickets to the next year…but after selling tickets for another entire year they cancel the event again. ***** ******** ********* *** ***** **** * ***** Manitoba Mud Hero now cancelled 2 years running less than a month before the event. **** ****** ** **** *******

    ******** ******** Registered my kid in 2019, event cancelled because of Covid. I understand that. In 2022 they transfer his run, as they are now back in to hosting runs. Event gets cancelled. They haven't scheduled any events in my province again, its 2024 and I'm still looking for a refund for an event I paid for 5 years ago! * **** ** *** **** * *******

    Mud Hero had all their dates wrong, and they refuse to return the money from the purchase of 4 tickets we bought. Firstly, the dates were for July 22nd (and so I booked places to stay in the area which is outside of my town) then they changed the dates to August 12th. (So I changed the dates of my AIRBNB as well!) Not even hours later, they completely canceled the race and postponed to the next YEAR!!! I am going through an ** ***** ************* process right now and CAN NOT go through the race 8 months pregnant!!! And they refuse to return my money. What kind of joke is that? They said that they would only return the money in terms of cancelation! Well, they CANCELLED the event!! And still are not returning the money... Please help me!?? Just so other people don't get scammed ??? Please??

    They are not a company who follows through with their event. They canceled 2 weeks before due to lack of attendance and did not refund our money. A lack of attendance is not my problem but the business owners. And 2 weeks before. I understand sometimes we have to cancel but money should be given back and can only hope for better numbers the next year. So they get to keep our money to ensure they have money not actual people next year. This is so wrong.
