    I wanted to share my experience with easyDNA, having undertaken both the breed and allergy tests for our companions. Initially, our curiosity led us to explore the breed origins of our adopted dog from a local rescue association. The results from the breed test provided fascinating insights, and the detailed explanations helped us better understand the lineage Encouraged by the positive experience, we decide to purchase the allergy test as well. Our 8-year-old french bully, who had been on a hypoallergenic diet for years, was facing persistent skin issue. His condition was not improvinng. Upon investigation, we discovered that these items were on the list of forbidden foods according to the allergy test. This incident served as a practical confirmation of the accuracy of the test and its real impact on our dog's life. In summary, our experience with both the breed and allergy tests from easyDNA has been informative and crucial And gained have positively influenced . I hope my feedback prove helpful to others considering similar tests for their dogs.

    * ***** ** ** * ***** I am trying to get my chickens tested for gender. So I purchased 6 tests. I was supposed to receive an email when my samples were received. I have tracking confirmation and that did not happen. After 2 weeks of waiting I receive an email stating that out of the 6 samples 3 were not viable. So I would have to pay again for 3 samples, send them back and then they would process all 6. They did not acknowledge receipt of my samples for over one week, they are impossible to reach by phone. They are now refusing to process the 3 viable samples unless I pay for 3 more. ****** **** * ******** **** ** ***  I am going to cut my losses and use another service instead.

    Dear Client We take all our clients’ issues seriously, and we are sorry to hear your experience has not been to your satisfaction. However, we would like to clarify that unlike what has been stated in the review, we have successfully processed and sent over the results for three of your birds. The other remaining samples were also processed by the laboratory, but they found insufficient material to issue a result necessitating resubmission of new samples. We then informed you about the need to send new samples and the applicable fees. This is our standard procedure and is covered by our terms and conditions, which you accepted when placing the order. We also point out that the testing was performed by a highly accredited laboratory that processes thousands of cases per month. Therefore your assertions about our company are not only incorrect but misleading in nature and intent. Our company has been operating for over 15 years and we have thousands of satisfied customers.     Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately I stand by my review. I really had a bad experience with your service. Under ***** *** testing you state: test a minimum of 5 birds, and Results in 3-5 working days. There was no mention that in case some of the samples were not viable ALL samples would have been kept on hold and not processed unless I would pay again and send more. I also was promised an acknowledgement email of my samples would be received. You received my samples on 11/22 as per **** tracking number with delivery confirmation After a few calls and emails and being given incorrect information by your representatives, I received an email on 11/30 stating that my samples were indeed received and that I should expect results in 7-10 working days. Then on December 4 another email stated that out of the 6 samples, 3 were viable but 3 were not. At that point I asked that they please just give me the results for the 3 viable samples and just forfeit the bad ones. I was denied this request multiple times by your representatives. They states that unless I paid for 3 more samples and send them to be tested then also my 3 viable samples would not be tested. At that point I submitted my complaint with the BBB and cut my losses by ordering DNA testing with another provider, ** **** *******. Then on 12/7 I received an email from Easy-DNA with the results for the 3 viable samples. The date on the report was 12/1, which means you already had tested them but were withholding the results in an attempt to make me pay another $75 under the pretense that samples could only be tested in batches of 5 or more. In my opinion you already had processed my 6 samples in a batch, and simply 3 out of 6 you could have just sent back as “invalid”. The other vendor was cheaper, received my samples on 12/11 and delivered the results on 12/13.

    They have 2 websites and 2 separate numbers for their 1 location in Toronto, ** *** *******, I called them using their general line prompts and it went from a british automated voice in the beginning to what sounded like chinese one once I was sent to voicemail. I tried to call using their customer line and no one picked up. This was all before I almost purchased a kit. ********* ******* *** ***** **** **** ******** ** ******* **** *****
