    **** * ****** ***** * I went to place a simple, I do mean simple, LOGO wall logo. No matter how I adjusted sticker size, system kept saying "image can't be processed", and kept giving alternative sizes; none of those even worked. 3 hrs wasted attempting to make the simplest sticker, a " drag n drop" I sent the company an email, they said they could help me for a "service fee" WHAT happened to the Service at your fingertips - connect with a dedicated Product Expert at no cost" Seriously !!!!!! * **** *** **** **** * ****** ** *** *******

    They cancelled my order for custom stickers because they didn't like *** ******** ** what I chose to put on my stickers. This is just another one of those ********, ************* businesses that is more interested in ******* ***** ******** ** other than doing business. I feel very disrespected by this and I would never do business with a company like this again. **** **** ***** ********* **** ** ******* **** ***** **** *********

    HORRIBLE customer service. I am still waiting for a status update on an order I placed March 6, 2024. it shows no history of my order, yet I have the receipt and bank statement to prove it was made. You had no problem taking money out of my account, so I'd appreciate getting the product I paid for. ** ****** **** ****** ** *** ** ** **** ******. This will be the last time I order from this company.

    Poor service. They made it very difficult to create a design. I provided all details and was supposed to receive a response within 24 hrs. 3 days later still nothing. Waste of time.

    Quality control and customer service are terrible. I placed an order that was a blurry image, and not given enough time to be able to respond to a quality control email that was sent on a Sunday (5/21/23) at 1:19am and told me I had to respond by 2… which I never even got till about 8:30 or so because I was SLEEPING!!!! I responded the next business day (Monday 5/22/23) in the morning, because they emailed me on a weekend when there was no customer service available…After all that, they printed the blurry image and shipped it. They are very difficult to try and work with. Will not refund money or reprint. Not sure what’s the purpose of quality control if they don’t actually use it… **** ****** **** **** ****** *** **** *** ***** ** *** *** ***** ** ***** ******* ************ ******* I will not be ordering from this company again.

    Ordered 6 iron on transfers that took me over an hour just to pull the plastic off of it and when I did all the letters separated between the plastic and the transfer. I was so excited to get these. They look good totally unusable don’t waste your money.

    I visited their site today, and within minutes got an email from them although I had not entered any information on their pages. They must be pulling the information from autofill, so I have to wonder what other information they have been gathering.
