    Purchased two items from Prada March 18, shoes for myself and a purse *** ** **** *********** ** ***** ** ******** ** *** i wanted an exchange of the shoes, so i asked for an exchange and returned both. I returned the items which was received by them on April 1, signed by someone who ive confirmed works there. On april 23 i was told it was processed and would take 10 business days for the refund. Then i called over a month later numerous times and was told they were opening a claim with ups, which was opened, and then ups said prada never contacted so they closed it, another claim was reopened where now a claim has been issued which means prada has been paid for this shipment if it was indeed lost which means i should be paid also. Numerous calls, where nobody got back to me even though they said they would get back to me. Sept 20 i am told 10 business days and ill be refunded, then october 8th im told there was a glitch in the refund *** *** **** ******** ******* *** * **** **********

    I bought a pair of shoes on April 29 2022 for $644.10, a Mother's Day gift for myself. Tried on at home, and they were not the right size. I returned them, brand new, within the 14 day return policy, on May 5 2022 at 11am. Upon returning them, I was advised by the store associate that the money would be refunded into the account which used to purchase the item within 24 hours. It is now 3 days and the money has not been refunded into my account. I have never experienced this before- they took the shoes and kept my payment. I called the store today, no resolution. I contacted Pradas customer service line and emailed them and they advised they can't help me, offered no department or contact representative who could help. Chris, at Prada, HUNG UP ON ME. I just want my money back!!! Please help.
