    I registered for a 6 month subscription to their service on sept 23, 2024 and paid by credit card On their website it is written that subscription auto renew every 6 month, except if I cancel my subscription before renewal date. But it is totally impossible to cancel it. There is no option anywhere, and I can't even remove my credit card info they stored. Of course, there is no way either to contact any kind of customer service. **** ** **** **** *** ********** I ask for a cancellation of my membership, and my account with them to be deleted, including all personal information and banking information they have on me.

    I contacted Nvidia October 1st, 2022. I originally payed about $1,600 for a **** ******** edition graphics card. It is within warranty period and I sent it in to them, as per their request, using a shipping label that they provided. ***** has not updated the tracking information leading me to suspect that the item has been misplaced or lost in transit. I asked Nvidia about it and they told me that they cannot do anything about it and that it was my responsibility to contact *****. I tried to contact ***** and they told me that since I was not the customer (Nvidia is the customer since they payed for the label) that they legally couldnt relay any information to me. I tried to communicate this to nvidia via email and they told me that they cannot do anything about it. I then also tried to communicate it via live chat and they refused to do anything about it *** ***** ***** ******* *********** * ** *** ***** ******* * ******** **** *** no way to get it figured out as nvidia is no help to me. tracking number: (****** **** **** **** ******** ****** ******** *************
