    I had extensive work done on my home by this company 20 years ago. Some installations were faulty and after the first winter some siding they installed fell off my home. I tried to get them to repair both problems for several years afterwards, to no avail. Called, left messages, wrote letters, went in person and ***** ever called me back or contacted me. I gave up. Recently one of the windows' hardware broke. I called and spoke to someone and they told me that they would have ' Service ' call me. Has not happened. They definitely do NOT deserve an A+ rating. They are notoriously unprofessional.
