    Not impressed with this business AT ALL. We had our 2021 vehicle's windshield replaced in November 2023. Come spring of March 2024, we get into our vehicle to find our cupholders full of water. Our windshield was leaking from the top due to rain. We call & bring it in that same day for them to take a look.The employee takes a look, first accuses us saying it's our sunroof leaking, not the windshield. Suddenly when the other employee puts the compressor to it, all the water bubbles from the top of our windshield & the employee goes silent. No apology is given on the accusation & just agrees to dry & reseal the windshield.Once done, we leave & not even 10 mins later a crack begins to form and grow on the drivers side of our windshield (I'm assuming from the pressure that was applied when resealing) but called immediately to let them know and they said to come back in the week for them to take a look. There was also NO rock chip there prior nor did we get hit with a rock after leaving.My husband takes it in & is accused that we got a rock ********* did not crack from their work. This same employee was not taking our word for it. If it was a rock chip, we would 100% take ownership.We didn't know we would have to fight or try & explain our *************************** be disregarded or not believed...& no receipts or visits are kept on file, so if anything happens they essentially say it's your loss & will not offer a cheaper price to replace.Also to add, our car was left with water damage dis-colour in the interior from the leaking & were also told that is false since they dried it when they resealed. I can confirm that everything was still left very damp when we got back in our ************ created a lot of condensation for the rest of the afternoon when we got the windshield resealed.Go spend your money somewhere else! The quality and customer service & care here is HORRENDOUS!
