      Timeliness - We signed in July for a four season room, it was supposed to take 4-6 weeks total and here we are in November and don't have a roof. We pulled the plug a week ago after getting cryptic messages from Openview that the roof they had in mind wouldn't work and the one they would replace it with would be plexiglass R4 energy rating. That isn't even 4 season! Openview provided no documentation on how this was put together and said again and again how they would be there along the way to supervise and provide guidance but it happened once for one hour, and then we didn't get any further instruction. Roof - I mentioned before that 6 months in they suddenly say the roof would be too heavy, shouldn't they have known that going in? But I agree, there is no way their shoddy product would have held it. November we are getting messages saying how he was going to rework it and it will be great, we're getting such a great deal, but no actual answers or saying how it would still be able to maintain 4 season room status. Instead it was just a run around again and again with extremely poor communication skills and no answer. We pulled the plug on this project November 12, explained how he didnt hold up his part of the quote, devastated that we paid half down for this. We made peace with trying to recoup some of the money we lost by reusing the windows, door and floor. Asking him to pick up his foam, and aluminum. Now we are receiving bills for a remaining payment and threatening us with court. ***** **** *** ***** *******  Their website says they can provide goods to the US but not labor yet they tried to sell us labor in the first quote. They don't answer questions and the time gets pushed back again and again week by week with ridiculous delays. **** ****** We had a whole house built so we know contractors and how things go, this was horrendous.
