  *** saved our basement! *** responded quickly to our request to set up an appointment to provide a quote to fix water that had entered the basement. *** understood the construction of the house, quickly identified the issue that others had missed, and provided a solution tailored to the problem. Unlike other companies, *** provided a quote and his availability on the spot.When the state of the water in the basement became significantly worse one evening due to an extreme ****************** made an emergency visit that provided an effective solution that allowed us to sleep that night rather than being up constantly clearing water. When we lost power, we were offered a generator to keep our sump running at no additional cost. *** was very contentious, and careful of household considerations (kids, pets, cleanliness), and used high quality materials (water proofing membrane and sump pump). The work was completed on time, as quoted, and to a high standard. I can't say enough good things about *** and Mini X.

  Hired *** for foundation crack repair and he did a solid job. Reasonable quote, prompt service, and quick, quality work. Highly recommend ***, once you talk to him about your issues, you'll see why. No nonsense and straight to the point. True professional.

  If you have recurrent issues with water seeping through your foundation walls, I highly recommend Mini X Foundation Waterproofing. I spoke directly with *************** as the contractor and owner of Mini X and outlined my problem with water leakage in my basement. He came out promptly the next day and inspected the foundation wall cracks and gave me an estimate on the spot. *** provided a much more competitive quote in comparison to other contractors I had previously consulted. He agreed to come back within a weeks time and repaired 2 significant cracks within a day or so with his co-worker. Throughout the process, he explained the necessary waterproofing steps in detail, and later provided me with several photographs of the procedure. It has rained on several occasions since the task was completed and the repair work has held up without any indication of further leakage. Mini X also provides a 10 year Transferable Warranty for the repair work. *** and his partner have provided professional workmanship with numerous years of experience serving the greater ****** Valley.
