    Terrible service, first took my money for 2ea 1m ironwood trees last fall, sent me an email this spring saying that were having problems and would i accept a single 2m tree for the same amount of money, I said yes, now after 2 more communications they tell me that their only tree was damaged by a loader so they can't deliver anything. They have promised to refund my $103. What kind of a nursery has only one tree? Sounds like a story to me that does not ring true.

    You originally pre-ordered 1 gallon pot sized trees last fall. In March, when we realized the 1-gallon pot-sized trees wouldn't be ready for delivery, we reached out to offer you either a full refund or the option to upgrade to a larger 10-gallon pot-sized tree at no additional cost. At that time, we only had one 10-gallon Ironwood left in stock. Unfortunately, during the preparation of the larger tree, it was damaged and no longer met our high-quality standards. Given this situation, I immediately reached out to you to explain what happened and issued a full refund to ensure you were not left out of pocket. I also assured you that I would continue to seek another solution for you. As a small business, we strive to provide the highest quality products and service, and I regret that we were unable to meet your expectations. If there is anything more we can do to resolve this issue or if you have any further concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me directly.
