      ***** **** ******* **. They charged my credit card before delivery (after explicitly stating they won’t) and then sent me a confirmation email that wasn’t what I agreed to. I cancelled their service before delivery and still haven’t received a refund. Four days later, mysterious charges started popping up on my credit card, it’s a new card and they are the first people to get the number. ** ** ***** ** **** ********* *** **** ** ***** ** ****** ****. Now I need to deal with the hassle of cancelling cards and getting refunds. Not happy about this.

      My experience has been highly frustrating due to several recurring issues **** * **** ********* ** ***** ** **** **********  Firstly, there is a constant issue with charges being incorrectly applied, specifically with regard to delivery fees. Despite my storage unit being on-site, I have been charged as though it requires delivery. Furthermore, it appears that Cubeit does not actually manage a dedicated storage yard, but rather rents space from ****** Storage. This arrangement has limited my access to my unit, preventing me from accessing my belongings at my convenience, which is incredibly frustrating. Additionally, the quotes provided to me have been inconsistent and frequently change. I am constantly bombarded with emails providing differing quotes, making it impossible to budget accordingly. On top of this, invoices are frequently incorrect, and even when paid in full, a balance is often carried forward, accumulating unnecessary weekly interest. **** ******** ***** ************** *** ******* ** ************* Representatives do not answer calls or respond to emails unless they are pursuing payment. When I have managed to speak to someone, I have faced **** treatment, including instances where I was hung up on and told to “speak to another representative” if my pronouns mattered to me. The continued misgendering and dismissive attitude, including repeated, unwanted references as “ma’am,” have only added to the frustration. The combination of incorrect billing, unresponsive service, and ************** behavior has left me extremely disappointed. I would appreciate a swift resolution to the ongoing billing errors, an assurance that I will not be charged unjustified fees, and a commitment to treating customers with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

      Excellent phone service but they sold my info to moving companies and I received multiple ads in the mail. A deal and trust breaker.

      ***** ******* ******* * *** ** ** ********* ******* ************ *** *** * **** ***** ** **** I paid almost $300 for 4 weeks of rent upfront & to have the pod delivered than I paid on Oct 5 /2023, $199 do have it picked up and stored in their storage yard, than I had paid another $209 for a month of "rent" it's now November 28th/2023 and I received and email saying my locks will be cut and they don't accept partial payment? And I owe $730 bucks like whoa... All the payments have gone through! I have bank statements! And emails stating from their company that payment was received.... Now I'm being told I owe and I'm not allowed to access my stuff? *** * **** ** *** *** ***** ******* *** * ******* ****

      I rented a portable storage with CUBEIT on August 22nd. I only needed the storage for 2 weeks but paid a whole month. No issue about that. On September 3rd, the service was completed and have communicated this to CUBEIT. Unfortunately, CUBEIT sent me another invoice for September 19th - October 16th amounting to $333.94. I immediately called CUBEIT and reiterated that the service has been completed and I no longer need the storage. I was assured that I will not be charged. Unfortunately, the charge went through on my credit card. I called CUBEIT several times requesting for a refund but to no avail. I was re-assured several times that this will be fixed but I will have to wait for 7 - 10 business days to get the refund. This is absurd! I'm not sure how else to communicate with CUBEIT. With the several calls I made, it seems that CUBEIT can't understand plain instruction - end the service and stop charging me. This is frustrating, and I don't know now how else to communicate with CUBEIT to better understand and execute a simple instruction. ****** ** ********* **** ****** **** *********** ** ****** ******* **** **** ****** *** ******** **** **** ******* ******* ** **** *** ********

      Where do we begin. We choose these guys for the convince factor. They dropped the bin off a few days before which was handy to load on our schedule. The day it was to be picked up I got a call saying it was delayed because of a truck breakdown. I was ok with that I said as long as it got picked up the next day as that was the day we lose possession of the house we owned. They then called at 1pm the next day and said they can't pick up the bin again as the truck is still not working. So now I have a container with all my worldly possessions on a property I do not currently own. We had to call them repeatedly and got lip service and the run around. It is now 5 days later and still this has not been resolved. Not once have they called us to update us, we have had to call them every time to see what is going on. They have no problem taking your money but they seem to think it's ok to not live up to their side of the agreement. If anyone from upper management reads this it would be nice to hear from you as we can't get past the gatekeepers of case managers. If this is what we get for going with a Canadian owned company I would have gone with the cheaper American firm.
