    So many things went wrong. I chose this company because it claimed to email results within 3 business days of receipt. I paid for a dna test. Got the kit on a Friday. I immediately gathered the samples and paid for the fastest shipping **** could offer, and my package was picked up same day. The tracking said it was delivered the next day Saturday. I don’t expect anyone to work on the weekend so let’s say they received it Monday. Come Thursday I still had no email with the results so I call. Turns out they haven’t even processed my package. It’s been sitting in their mailroom for 4 business days. When I emailed them about the claim their site made and my experience, they first thought I was looking at an old website. I sent them a screenshot of the 3 day claim and they replied it’s an old website and in the process of termination. Don’t claim something that isn’t true and please *** *** **** ** *** check your website for errors ****** **** ** **** ******** ** ***** **** *** ******* ** *** ** ***** ***** ***** ** * *****. I asked what they can do to rush my results. I still haven’t gotten a reply, resolution, or my dna results. ***** *** **** ******* ** *** **** ****** ********

    They can't even give you a definition to a term they used. They told me it was confidential to tell me what the term "locked" means. I just ordered a test and haven't gotten it in yet, and was just trying to figure out information. But of course they just ignored my question again, placed me on hold. They then refused to pick up the phone when I called back. And hung up the phone two other times. It makes me not want to even bother with this company. **************
