    Megna Pools accepted a personal check from me for $19,300. U.S. dollars. This was a couple of months ago. The pool installer passed away and since this time Megna pools as offered no resolve. They actually admitted to me that they where going to just apply my money to the pool installers account. I have received no product and or service from Megna pools. They have cause me and my family much stress. **** ** *****. Something needs to be done about this company.

    I am rejecting this response because: there is absolutely no family dispute. There is a transaction that took place between me and magna pools. * ******** * ******* ** *** ***** * ******** ****. I have not received anything or my money back. They actually admitted to me they where applying my check to the deceased pool installers account. They kept my money do to the installers outstanding account. That has not one thing to do with me. There is no family dispute. Just a company taking advantage of a bad situation. I would like my money back

    I am rejecting this response because: Megna pools accepted a check for $19,300. And has not provided a product, service or a refund. They have taken advantage of an unfortunate situation.
