    I was excited about doing renovations to my kitchen . I had all new cupboards put in and finally wanted new flooring in kitchen hallway and into bathroom . We went to Better floorz to pick out the flooring . In May of this year we had a guy come to put our flooring down . He was doing the flooring and you could smell alcohol on him his eyes were red . When he was done for the day I went to better floorz to tell them and **** said he knows they have had complaints before and laughs . I asked for another guy and he said he is the only one they have . In sept 16 I noticed the floor was lifting and separating in spots . I went to the store to tell them and he said they would have to come take a look . Couple weeks went by and heard nothing went back to store finally they said ***** would come and take a look 4 weeks late ***** came took pictures and he said it should not of gone like that he said the rep would be in on Friday of that week . He said he would let me know next week still heard nothing went to better floorz to see what is happening they said they don’t know still waiting . I called better floorz on Oct 30 and **** answered said ***** is away and he knows nothing being very rude about it and hangs up . The following week I went in on Monday to see ***** and he was very rude about it saying he don’t no what is going on heard nothing and he is not dealing with this so I asked him if I could talk to the manager he said we have a few of them and laughs . He was being very rude and said he is done with this and he walked away . I called the store right after and ***** hangs up on me . I have been very patient about this . It has been 8 weeks on Friday . The floor will have to be torn up and redone. Please help me to get my flooring done . Thanks ******
