    Not exactly honest. They had my friend's snowblower (recent migrant with less than perfect English) for maybe 45 minutes but charged for 1.5 hours labour. Several days later my friend returned (with me in tow) and suggested to shop person there was an error. We were met with attitude and absolutely no concern. Eventually the shop person reluctantly refunded 0.5 hours labour but said he did not believe the customer. Customer said "take the $ back if you don't believe me." Shop person was dismissive, did not take $ back, and then ignored us and went about his business.Their work may be OK, but be prepared for attitude.(I would give zero stars, but this form does not allow that - so the minimum is 1 star)
