    I ordered a Thriller Lover Bundle from Sweet Reads on March 24, 2023. It is a book subsrciption company and the orders were to be delivered in 3 separate shipments - Spring, Summer and Fall. The company continued to note on ******** and e-mails that there were delays with their shipments. I received the first shipment of the Spring Thriller Box on Sept 5, 2023 when it was supposed to be in April or May. I have not received anything since nor do they reply to my e-mails. Their www.s*********.com website does not exist anymore. On Oct 1, 2023, the company wrote on their ******** page "Sweet Reads has currently paused operations while we regroup and reorganize. At this time we have paused orders and will update our customers when we have more information. We thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to return to operations." I have not received anything since they posted this notice. I feel I'm still owed $200 as a refund for the remainder of my order I did not receive or I need the 2 remaining subscription boxes sent out ASAP.

    In January 2023 I ordered and pre-paid for the favourites bundle of book boxes from Sweet reads book box company based in Ontario. The first box - beach reads- was supposed to be delivered in June 2023. The second box was to be Halloween 2023 and the third box Christmas 2023. The company posted several emails with ‘delays’ in shipping from Spring 2023 to August 2023 when they sent one final email saying they were ‘pausing’ the business. Since then they have not replied to any emails or refunded my money or sent any of the book boxes that I ordered and paid for in advance. I want my money back. I have an email showing my order and payment confirmation - I can provide that to the BBB if/when needed.

    I ordered the company’s beach read box on June 10, 2023. It was to ship at the end of June. I contacted the company on August 12, 2023 to inquire about a shipping date. I was told there were supply chain issues. On August 18 I requested a refund. I did not get a response. I again asked for a refund on August 25 and September 3. I finally got a response that they were taking a break and no one could answer my inquiry. I want my money back.
