    Extremely disappointed in their customer service. Just went through nearly a month of hours on hold waiting for customer service representatives to even answer the phone. Once I do finally get through to someone they are never the right person to help me and just transfer me to different departments. I was repeatedly promised that I would be called back but never once received such a call. After many years as a customer they have refused to honor the **************** program that was presented to me when I signed up. While I understand that they assumed my contract from another company they should still be bound by the terms and conditions of the original agreement that was in place. Anyway word of warning to anyone looking to deal with them that they are clearly only interested in their own current policies even if that means losing a customer of nearly 20 years. Probably not worth pursuing legal options given the amounts involved but I'm deeply disappointed that they are going to get away with such nonsense. Certainly will be the end of my customer relationship with them.
