    I made a payment 7.970 CAD for an English course and a pathway in the month of December 2019, I started the course on January 27 face-to-face here in Ottawa but on March 17 2020 Geos announces the suspension classes due to Covid, a week later Geos resumes online classes, after that we had problems due to a strike by the teachers for non-payment. Geos again suspends classes; 20 days later, online classes are restarted with a single teacher for all levels and a reduction in the hours studied. Since they were not complying with the established contract, I decided to write to the manager **** ********, to resolve my situation; to which Geos offered me a letter of credit to be able to postpone my studies until they returned to face to face studies. Faced with the imminent expiration of the letter of credit and the fact that Geos did not show up for the start of classes, I wrote again to manager to resolve my situation. Geos offered me private online classes, to restart my process. Unfortunately, this process lasted only 3 weeks, leaving my situation on standby again. Since the director and the teacher were fired for no apparent reason. For months I tried to communicate through emails with Geos to try to resolve my situation, which was impossible since they never issued any response. Thanks to the intervention of the agency that contracts the services to study in Canada, ****** ******* Director of Operations and Business Development answers me, offering me a face-to-face course in Vancouver, a city that is 6 hours by plane from the city where I live, a solution that it was only convenient for them, I tried to fix the situation in another way by offering alternatives to obtain my study and these were rejected. I need them to return my money and make reparation for the damage that these almost three years have had on my personal and work life. * **** **** **** **** **** ********* ** ** ********* ** ** ********* *** ** ********* ** *** *****
