  Would give 0 stars if I could. They did not deliver on time, told me the delivery was cancelled. And then delivered it much later and just left it outside on the street without notifying me it was even being delivered.

  Almost identical to ****'s review. Driver texted that address given by sender was undeliverable - true - but no attempt to call or text to ask for correct address. No pickup location available. Chat bot gave excuse of company policy - one attempt only then return to sender. There was no "attempt." An attempt would have been a simple phone call. Landmark Global uses this company for deliveries. So beware of ordering from companies that use Landmark unless they can assure you that deliveries will be made by reliable companies like ************

  Sent a shipment to my place of work, gofor showed up 5 minutes after our closing time (staff was however still onsite). Package was subsequently returned to sender without a phone call on their behalf or being advised by them. I opened a chat to inquire why this was, I was told by a representative through their support chat that after a single failure to deliver, the package is returned to sender, as per their company policy. I feel a review of 1 star is reasonable, as they failed to do anything above the minimum threshold of what could be considered for a delivery company; no ability to arrange for pickup, no contact from the shipper, no option to redeliver and now I must contact the vendor to arrange another shipment.
