    On April 29, 2022 blinds to go did an estimate for vertical blinds. Measurement were also done and said that the installer will come and redo the measurement to make sure everything was ok. On may 17, 2022 the installer came to install the veritable blinds and said said there is a problem because of the ceiling he cannot install the vertical blinds. When the installer came and done the measurement he should of noticed and said that vertical blinds cannot be install and pick other covering. Now we are stuck with blinds that cannot be installed because the installer was not able to do his job properly. We are demanding funding for the amount of $1418.96. We also had to pay the installer in advance for a job that was not done. I have wrote **** ******* ************************) and the blinds to go store (***********************) and have not received any response.

    client emailed us Thursday 2nd at 11am to explained the issue and emailed BBB the same day at 3pm...

    Obviously not a lot of time for us to answer. Doesn't make sense this overreaction.

    An installer was sent Friday June 3rd and the blind is installed.
