We only provide a one-year replacement warranty on trees that we plant. We do not provide a warranty on trees when customers pick them up or have them delivered since we have no idea on how they were planted. On May 26th you sent us an email stating that you dug the trench 18 inches deep and 18 inches wide and then you added Evergreen Fertilizer and black much of 5+ inches. You used a garden sprinkler system to water every two days for 40 minutes or more and that you watered the trees less frequently in the fall. Our response on May 27th was: It’s ideal to plant these height of cedar trees (5-6 foot) only one foot down and one foot across - not 18 down and 18 across. Evergreen fertilizer contains 40% nitrogen which is definitely not recommended after the planting or at anytime. Black mulch is also not recommended for these trees, especially pressed up against the trees as this can cause the plant to rot, deprive it of airflow, and also promote disease. Watering for only one month using a soaker hose not a sprinkler hose after the planting depending on the season – summer everyday after 7pm for about 30-40 minutes for two weeks and then 2-3 per week for the same length of time and around 7pm for the next couple of weeks. You Never, Ever water these trees again after the one-month period. We e-mailed you a receipt and aftercare instructions after you picked these trees up. I’m surprised that they are all not dead. We don’t normally provide a warranty on our trees when customers pick them up for this exact reason however, I spoke with the owner, and he said that you’re welcome to come and pick them up if you want. Please let me know. I haven’t received a response to my email.

BELIEVE WHAT YOU READ!! **** ******** **** *** **** ****** ******* ** *** **** **** **** ******* we made the mistake of not listening to reviews and now we are out money and product…the trees are sickly and sparse looking at best and when some of them died they did NOT replace them like they promise in their add after multiple phone calls and multiple emails, which coincided with pictures of the dying trees…they avoid phone calls, emails and texts *** *** **** *** **** ***** **** *********
