    * ***** ****** ****** ** **** **** **** **** ******** *** *** ***** ****** ******* He sent my husband and I a letter three weeks after informing us that the monument for our son was installed in the cemetery threatening to have it removed if we did not pay the balance of our account immediately. On top of that, he would charge us an additional $500 for us to get it back once we did pay the balance. The vast majority of businesses give customers at least three weeks to pay and do not conduct themselves in such a deplorable manner. We had the money and had every intention of paying within a reasonable length of time, but it was in different accounts and not instantly accessible. His last command of "Please govern yourselves accordingly" was demeaning and patronizing. On top of this, his work was mediocre - certainly not outstanding. There are far better companies out there who do far better work and are much better to deal with..
