    Had 21 window coverings installed in a new house. ***** blinds to be exact. Warrant provided for 3 years starting March 2021-March 2024 Paid: 3672.50$ I have been having trouble with two lines since the summertime. The powder room blind does not roll up and gets stuck. The mechanism off the patio door blind has started to squeak. I have sent numerous emails and have attempted to contact via phone and text messages several times. ***** who is the sales rep as well as the guy who does the installation alongside another gentleman has failed to respond. Once I left the one star ****** review, he was very quick to respond and stated to email him on two different email addresses or call him as he takes. Customer complaints seriously. He has not done so today. My last attempt to contact him was October 27, 2023 and he has not responded. I have recommended five Houses to him which he has done the installation in. I just spoke to one of them and they have been trying to reach out to him for months to resolve an issue with one of their blinds. They will also be reaching out to *** to file a complaint and leave a ****** review.
