    January 28, 2024 Ordered a ******* 4xE from them as I own a 2020 ******* now. I wanted the same amenities on the 4xE as I have on mine now. Brandon assured me it would be ordered that way. We waited 4 months for the 4xE and it arrived with plastic bumpers and no sensors front or back and I did say at the time of ordering that the steel numbers were really important for us. I asked if my numbers could be mounted on the 4xE and was told they could and he ( Brandon) would make sure it was done I told this Brandon that it was a deal breaker even at the time of ordering the truck. He assured us several time that it could be done and it would be done even checking with his boss and body shop manager. So we said we would go ahead with the purchase and he ASSURED us that it would be taken care of so we felt at ease. We visited several times after that and spoke with their finance guy and sales manager and they were all pleasant and mentioned that “have no worries it’ll be taken care of” The day of pick up Brandon phoned us a couple of hours before we were supposed to pick up the truck and told us that the bumper could not be replaced and we could just buy an after market bumper for our new truck. I told him I really didn’t like to be **** to. I told him that ***** to me was not good and that we would not take the truck because it was not what we ordered and that his **** made us VERY uneasy about the transaction. He ******* ** **** *** ********** ** *** told us we would not get our deposit back. We have found out they have tried to ruin us on credit bureaus even stating no purchase was made . These ***** will not return our deposit but we are going to take them to court over ***** **** *** not returning a deposit on a vehicle we never accepted They blame the bank *** ******* *** ****** ***** ****** on the jeep we never signed for or decided to take ***** **** ** **** ***** **** ******* *** ******** *** ****** ******* ****** *** ******* ******* ********
