      My daughter had a tooth pulled while she was an employee at this dental office, they billed her under the employee discount. My daughter left for a better job a month later and the company redid the bill and charged her with no employee discount. However she was an employee at the time. I have sent 8 emails and several phone calls, just to be told someone will get back to me. However we keep getting threats of collections letters in the mail. We call again, and someone will get back to us but no one ever does. In the meantime they are also adding interest. My daughter now owes 3 times as much as the original price.

      To avoid this bill being sent to collections, we have paid the full amount of the bill $292

       

      however we still wish to have the bill adjusted to the actual bill of ****** and the remaining refunded.
