*** ** *** *********** ********* ** ********* ** *** ********** **** ********* I made an online purchase on January 19, requested info on February 3 because I had not received the products (I had previously placed two orders from Toronto with a different company which arrived in less than a week), and made another request for delivery or refund on February 9 because there had been no response. There is still no response, and it has now been a month.

We have replied to this customer on multiple occasion informing them that the two in one laptop they ordered is not available. We offered them an option of exchanging with a ********* ******* if they were interested. We also offered the option of shipping only the ***** speaker and refunding the balance or cancelling the whole order. We sent this email 3 times, it seems like it may have gone to the customer's spam folder as we did not get a reply. Anyways, we are cancelling the order today and issuing a refund.

      Thank you

      Complaint: ********

I am not currently rejecting this response; I wish to retain a right to see that the credit card is duly credited with the full amount in question before closing the file.

I thank you for your response, ******** **

Neither Tech Source nor anything resembling that name has ever replied to me—until one minute after I received your e-mail response.  Therefore they have the e-mail address right, so that couldn’t have been the problem.

I checked my whole server, including all spam/junk folders, and there was nothing but their original charge/invoice, my e-mails to them, and their response one minute after you sent yours.

      I also checked my entire e-mail server for the words “******” or “********* *******”, and there was nothing, even from an unfamiliar sender, even in my spam/junk folders.  *** * ** ****** ***** **** ********* **** **** **** ****** *** ***** *****

      Why would my credit card have been charged if the inventory item was not available, and, ** *** ******** ** ******** why would they not have telephoned me or just refunded the charge before now?  The order was placed and put through my credit card on January 19; it’s now February 23, 35 days later.  **** **** ****** **** ** ***** *** ****** ** ******* ** ** ******* *** ****** ********* *** ** **** ****** *** *******

      ** *** **** ** ******* * *** ******** ** *** *** ** *** *******  There was never any other communication from them.  *** ********************** ******** ** ** ********* ****** ****

This is notice that I have responded within the 10 calendar days allotted to me, but again, reserve the right to wait until I see the credit on my credit card before closing this file.

      Sincerely,

      ****** *****

I purchased an **** Motherboard from this store on 3 Mar 2023. I requested validation of the warranty before purchasing and was assured that the warranty was a manufacturer 1 year warranty. When I got home I proceeded to set my computer up and use the new motherboard, but it would not turn on. I checked the **** website (manufacturer) and this serial number ************** is no longer under warranty. I called ***** the following week and he assured me that it was still under warranty. I contacted **** a few times and was repeatedly told it was no longer under warranty. I have emailed the store twice and called three times without a proper response.
